From Our Fellows: A Letter from My Higher Power

Remember in your moments of joy, as well as moments of sorrow, that you are not alone. You are being guided by a spirit that is so much bigger than you could ever conceive. Allow yourself the freedom to fully experience the JOY, as you have also opened yourself to feelings of hurt, fear, shame, and desire and have never been overtaken by any of them. You are safe to experience all of the emotions that dwell within your being, knowing that in all things you are not in charge. You have been freed from the responsibility to figure everything out and to do it perfectly in order to succeed or be loved and valued. You are free to follow the inner voice that challenges you to remain open-minded and embrace your fears. You are free to live beyond the box that you so often create and to risk not knowing what comes next. You are free.
